📦 How long does production & shipping take?

All items at Stylist Addicts are made to order unless clearly marked as Ready to Ship.

 


  • Production time: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping time: Calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected

We offer rush production for an additional fee. While some orders may ship sooner, we provide a full two-week production window to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper customization.

 

✨ How do I place a custom order?

 

 

 

To place a custom order:

  1. Click the Custom Design link on the product page
  2. Choose Kids, Men’s, or Women’s
  3. Complete the customization form, including:
    • Size
    • Design details or requests
    • Optional image uploads (photos, themes, logos, etc.)
  4. After checkout, you will receive a digital mock-up via email or text.

Production does not begin until final approval is received.


🖼 What kind of photos or images should I upload?

 

 

Please upload clear, high-quality, real photos only.

✔ Acceptable uploads:

  • Personal photos
  • Clear logos
  • Character images or artwork you own or have permission to use

🚫 Not acceptable:

  • Screenshots of product listings
  • Blurry or low-resolution images
  • Images taken from other brands without permission

Image quality directly affects the final result. Poor-quality images may limit design accuracy.

 

🔁 How many revisions are included?

 

Each custom order includes up to 3 revisions during the mock-up phase.


Additional revisions may require an added fee.

Once final approval is submitted, the order moves into production and cannot be changed.

 

🚫 Can items be returned, exchanged, or refunded?

All custom items are final sale.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items unless an error was made on our end.

Please note:

  • Items with names, photos, or custom sizing cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Ready-to-ship (stock) items may be exchanged for a different size or issued store credit
  • Canceling a resellable stock item is subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

 

👕 What items can be customized?

We customize most apparel items, including:


  • Jackets & bombers
  • Puffers & vests
  • Sweatsuits & sets
  • Dresses, shorts, and coordinated outfits

 

🚫 Custom shoes and hats are not available at this time.

 

👨👩👧 Can kids items be made in adult sizes (and vice versa)?

Yes. Any style shown on our site can be made for any age or size.

  • Kids sizes: Newborn – 14/16
  • Adult sizes: XS – 7XL

 

If you do not see the item listed in your desired category, use the Custom Design option and upload the style you want recreated.

 

📏 What sizes do you carry?

 

We proudly serve the entire family:


  • Kids: Newborn through 14/16
  • Adults: XS through 7XL

 

All items run true to size unless stated otherwise. Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

 

🌍 Where do you ship from?

 

All items are handmade and shipped from New York or Texas, depending on production availability and order type.
