You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS & CUSTOM ORDERS

Most products sold by Stylist Addicts are custom-made to order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Custom items are made specifically based on your submitted selections and approvals
Production does not begin until final mock-up approval is received
Custom items are final sale

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates our policies, includes inappropriate content, or cannot be produced as requested.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCTION TIMELINES & SHIPPING

Production timelines provided on the site are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Stylist Addicts is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Weather-related delays
Customs or transit issues
Delays caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All custom items are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

Custom items
Personalized items
Items with names, photos, or special sizing

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for size exchange or store credit at our discretion. A 15% restocking fee may apply to canceled resellable stock items.

Refunds or replacements are issued only if an error was made on our end.

SECTION 8 – DESIGN APPROVAL & REVISIONS

Custom orders include up to three (3) revisions during the mock-up phase.

Once final approval is submitted:

No further changes can be made
The order immediately enters production
Cancellations are not permitted

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & SERVICES

We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we do not monitor or control. Use of these tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All modified designs, graphics, logos, text, images, and content on this site are the property of Stylist Addicts and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Customer-submitted designs must be owned by the customer or used with permission. Stylist Addicts is not responsible for copyright violations submitted by customers.

SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied.

SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Stylist Addicts, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased.

SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stylist Addicts and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
