Refund policy

📦 Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

We offer a 7-day return window for eligible non-custom, ready-to-ship items only.

You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached
• Item must be in original packaging
• Items must be non-custom
• Proof of purchase is required

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for non-custom items and must be:

• The same item
• A different size only

Custom items cannot be exchanged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement size will be shipped if approved.

❌ Cancellations & Restocking Fees

• If you cancel a resellable, non-custom item, a 50% restocking fee will apply
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items with names, photos, or special sizing
• Sale items
• Gift cards

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

🛠 Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

💰 Refunds

We do not issue refunds except in cases where an error was made on our end.

For approved issues:

• Photo verification is required
• If approved, we will remake the item or issue a refund at our discretion
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
