• If an item already has a customized grade or design in the photo, we do not charge to change the grade or age — simply add your requested grade or age in the order notes at checkout.

• Be sure to select “No” for both Add a Name and Add a Photo options so you aren’t charged if you’re only changing the grade or age.

• Want to match your child? Head over to the menu and click Create a Custom Design — you’ll find similar outfits you can personalize there.

• Don’t see a design you like? No problem! Visit the Customs section in the menu, and we can create something just for you.

• Some designs are custom-made, so they may look slightly different on the model than on the final item.

• All items run true to size.

• All items are non-fade, sublimation-printed with high-quality, stain-resistant, and kid-friendly materials.
